For most of my life, I searched the outside world for anything that would magically slingshot me out of the lowest of lows — depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence. My addiction to pain and suffering eventually came to a head when I completely burned out. My path led me to my purpose in becoming a meditation teacher where I was able to self-heal any mental dis-ease. I realized that I had the power deep within me to make a lasting transformation. I just had to dig beneath the layers of societal, generational and ancestral programming.

Sandy Vo is a multi-racial meditation teacher, mentor to leaders and Founder of Prosperous: School of Self-Realization, a 90 day experiential program teaching burnt out leaders how to redesign the unconscious mind and access the field of limitless potential within. She has helped hundreds of students and clients go from fatigued to fearless freedom in a sacred and safe way. Her mission is to revolutionize modern living by introducing a new level of functionality through simple self-care principles so you can experience your fullest expression in this lifetime.
Sandy is on the board for the SUNY Mindfulness Institute.
Sandy’s life devotion is to enlighten through love and service. She believes that your energy is the gatekeeper of true prosperity. Her core message is around prioritizing your energy and loves to share insights on how you can protect, conserve and transform your energy to feel good now.
Sandy lives in Upstate NY by the Adirondacks with her fiance Zach and her pupson Brody. When not mentoring clients, you can find her in a hammock somewhere on the mountain or sipping matcha having a hearty belly hurting laugh.
