The Royal Glow Meditation Retreat is a 4 day experience based on Sandy's decade of studies, practices, and experiments teaching hundreds of students the ability to heal the mind, body and Spirit.
Hosted in tropical southwest Florida, this retreat presents an extraordinary opportunity for you to detach from ordinary pressures of daily responsibilities, routines and environment that habitually create the reality you currently live in. ABOUT THE FOUNDER
The number #1 contributor to many dis-eases is stress.
When you learn the tools, sciences and practices to heal yourself,
you can heal your life.
Sandy Vo has been practicing, experimenting, integrating and teaching meditation, Ayurveda and Yoga Science for the past decade. Emerging from part of a sacred ancient lineage, her life's work is in supporting others to explore and understand their inner dimensions so they can create, serve and live their Highest reality. Meditation was the foundation that catapulted her to understand consciousness in such a way that connected her to the unified field of Divine Intelligence. It healed her through burn out, depression, anxiety and physical digestive ailments.
Meditation was only the beginning. But new breathing techniques and how to tune into your own body wisdom brings forth the embodiment of a new reality, your Highest Expression of Self. After teaching this to hundreds of college students, therapists, business owners, high performing leaders- it's evident that you can access this realm too. It is not beyond you but within you.
Sandy's message is that you do not need to be a well-practiced yogi living in a cave or a well-studied scientist to know of this Intelligence to heal yourself. .

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
The event will be hosted at the Naples Grande Beach Resort - 475 Seagate Dr, Naples, FL 34103
We start at approx. 5:00 PM EST Thursday, May 20, 2021 and end at approx. 2 PM EST Sunday, May 23, 2021.
If you are staying at the hotel, check in is at 4 PM EST, check out is at 11 AM EST.
Information about itinerary times and specific locations within the resort will be shared closer to the event.
Retreat: You will have private access to the venue with 4 days of seminars and workshops geared towards optimizing your energy in mind, body and Spirit. This includes practical experiences and exercises.
Meals: You will be served breakfast & lunch on 21, 22, and breakfast on the 23. Dinner is not included. You can use this time to explore the area.
*Please note that during your registration, you can choose Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan based on your dietary preferences.
Courses: You will have private access to the Meditation Course for LIFETIME.
Meditations: You will receive a high quality mp3 for the guided meditation exclusively for retreat attendees.
Your travel accommodations are not included in your registration. We do not provide transportation between the airport and the event venue.
Part of what's included with your registration fee is the Foundational Meditation Course. You will be asked to start practicing brief meditations 3 weeks prior to the event.
About one week before the event, start to mentally prep by creating a more spacious schedule that isn't too stimulating for the body. This is event is all about creating space for you.

Your health, safety and well-being is our priority. The venue where the retreat is held monitors and follows strict guidelines as set forth by the State of Florida to ensure public safety.
We are keeping the retreat intimate and limited therefore, we will have plenty of room to adhere to guidelines of maintaining 6 feet apart. Prior to fully registering, each attendee will receive a waiver and consent form to fill out.
If you or someone you have been in close contact with is experiencing flu-like symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, we ask that you do not proceed to attend.
If you tested positive, we will credit you towards an upcoming future event and/or refund you. If you are traveling from out of state, we ask that you adhere to travel restrictions and quarantine guidelines.
We require 50% deposit to secure your spot and the other 50% can be made at least 14 days prior to the event at the minimum.

Due to the preparation, reservations, and stringent nature of booking arrangements for this intimate experience, tickets are NON-refundable and registrations are NON-transferable. Registration must be in the name of the registrant upon arrival at the event or the ticket will not be valid.
In the event of a cancellation, we will credit you towards a future event. Please email support@sandyvo.com at your earliest convenience.
